Verify WRAPHandler's multi-token retrieval

Create tests to verify that a single WRAPHandler instantiation correctly produces multiple result tokens. Different input claims tokens (of the same type) must retrieve different result tokens. For example, a WRAPHandler which takes SWTUserPasswordClaimToken will retrieve different tokens when the username, password change.
  • Fully change claim token - change identity (username) and [password|symmetric key].
  • Partially change claim token - same identity with different [password|symmetric key]. Azure ACS supports multiple passwords and keys per identity.
  • No changes - retrieve token multiple times using the same claim token
    For each test consider:
  • How similar should the resultant token be? For example, in the No Changes case, should the wrap_access_token be different? Expiration should be equivalent? etc.
